Check-in & Check-out:
On arrival day, you are welcome to check into your room or apartment after around 12:00pm. On departure day, we ask that you check-out of your room by 9:30am, allowing as an opportunity to clean for incoming guests. On check-in/-out days, we are more than happy to provide you with a room for changing clothes or storing your luggage. In the event of late arrival after 6:00pm, we request that you notify us in advance.

Areas listed include the bathroom. Slight discrepancies are possible between the sketches and the actual rooms.
Payment:
Please pay on the evening prior to departure in cash, or with your Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card). In the event of cancellation, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply. We strongly recommend taking out additional holiday cancellation insurance.
Pets:
Pets are allowed, though only after having you have received our expressed agreement.
